In early April 2018, Gregory Porter played three special concerts at London's famous Royal Albert Hall. With "One Night Only - Live At The Royal Albert Hall" there is now the recording of the first show, and in picture and sound.
Together with his band and a large symphony orchestra conducted by U.S. jazz musician, composer and arranger Vince Mendoza, Porter presented a best-of of his current studio album "Nat 'King' Cole & Me" and a few of his own songs, for example "Hey Laura," "When Love Was King" and "Don't Lose Your Steam."
"One Night Only - Live At The Royal Albert Hall" comes as a set consisting of CD and DVD. In addition to the concert, the DVD contains an interview with Gregory Porter.
