Marc Brenken studied jazz piano at the Folkwang-Hochschule in Essen, Germany. His debut CD with original compostions, 'eight short stories' (Marc Brenken - Christian Kappe Quartet), was released in 2006.
Currently he's working on the release of his first trio cd (with Alex Morsey on bass and Marcus Rieck on drums), which was recorded in July 2007 at Fattoria Musica studios in Osnabrück.
