In 1988/89 he was a private student of Joe Pass. After studying Jazz at the Musikhochschule Köln he played first guitar in 400 shows of the Rock opera 'Tommy' by Pete Townsend. He acted worldwide as an accompanying guitar player. Among others he played with Gloria Gaynor in Kairo and with Heino in New York. He also maintains to play Musicals like 'Joseph', 'Cabaret', 'La Cage aux Folles', 'West Side Story', also as singer and actor ('All you need is love'). After doing a European Tour with 'The
