Jake Fryer has played saxophone with Chaka Khan, The New Power Generation, Kool and the Gang, The Four Tops and Randy Brecker. He has headlined at Birdland NYC, Blue Note Hawaii and many international jazz clubs and festivals in Tokyo, Auckland, Paris, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, New York, Vancouver, Mumbai, San Diego and Delhi. He is a Silverstein Pro Team Artist.
Jake has performed with The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and The London Gospel Choir. He has also previously recorded with such legendary players as Richie Cole, Bud Shank, Mike Wofford, Bob Magnusson, and Joe LaBarbara. He has jammed with bebop maestro Charles McPherson and funk colossus Pee Wee Ellis.
He is signed to record labels on both sides of the Atlantic. UK Performances have included such prestigious venues as Ronnie Scotts, The Royal Festival Hall,The Ritz and The Royal Albert Hall.
