What to expect about a choir of eight?
Four-part vocals when double cast of each voice. This seems natural.
Indeed we do sing two or three songs like this.
But: Other than that Tenor and Baritone sing individual parts. Alto often is split into Alto1 and Alto2. When soprano sings the theme it can happen, that they are split into Soprano and Solo.
Only the Bass braves the arranger like a bastion as if theys're saying: we belong together.
If there wasn't the arranger splitting the Bass now and then nevertheless.
So this is why chorekt is special. Everyone is able sing his voice „against' to the other ones.
