Workshop: RJS - Singing Introduction/Intermediate
This course led by Wendy Linsey will introduce you to jazz singing in a practical, fun and creative environment which will offer you much opportunity to perform. This course will take place onsite at Parkshot.
Course ContentThis course is suitable for absolute beginners and will present a solid grounding for developing your jazz singing. It is also suitable for singers who have already attended some classes and/or have some knowledge of singing jazz. Sessions will include activities and topics such as:
How and what to practice
Learning the song and its structure
Singing with a microphone
Developing confidence and performance skills
Singing with and communicating with other musicians
Listening to and appreciating the classical vocalists
