Violine
Ángela Moya Domínguez started her violin studies at the age of eight at the Conservatorio Elemental de Música “La Palmera” in her hometown, Seville, with the teacher Miriam Piñero. Later she studied the Professional Intermediate-Level at the Conservatorio “Francisco Guerrero”, obtaining the first prize “Jóvenes Instrumentistas 2005”. She finished her oficial Advanced Violin Degree at the Conservatorio “Manuel Castillo” having Professor Lourdes Galache as a mentor.
In 2005 she joined the Academy of Orchestral Studies of the Barenboim-Said Foundation, under the tutelage of the German Professor Axel Wilczok (Berliner Staatskapelle).
In 2011 she moved to The Netherlands to study Bachelor of Music in the Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht under the supervision of Chris Duindam (modern violin) and Antoinette Lohmann (baroque violin). She completed her studies of Master of Music at the Fontys Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Tilburg taking lessons with musicians like Elisabeth Perry, Eeva Koskinen, Mirel Iancovici or Wouter Vossen.
