Daniel Karlsson Trio

Daniel Karlsson’s trio with Fredrik Rundqvist (drums) and Christian Spering (bass) has established itself over the course of nearly two decades as one of the most interesting constellations in Swedish and European jazz. The group has been awarded a Swedish Grammy, the Jazzkatten award and other prizes. Karlsson is also well known for his work with Oddjob and the Magnus Öström Band. He has frequently collaborated with Till Brönner, Nils Landgren, Viktoria Tolstoy and Rigmor Gustafsson.
