In RE:CALAMARI the German trio of bassist Oliver Lutz with pianist Pablo Held, and drummer Peter Gall are joined by Polish rising star saxophonist Marta Wajdzik. The band has an energetic presence, producing deep grooves, futuristic synths, and daring improvisation. WDR considered their second album to be one of the most remarkable albums of the year.
